Rob is excellent at his work! I recently moved into a new unit after staying one year at Ventura and had put some maintenance requests for my new apartment. Rob was so punctual in fixing everything that I requested (within 24 hours), he was very helpful and mainly- he is very knowledgeable about everything.
Caleb & Rob took care of repair on my A/C unit. Was nice that they brought a portable a/c unit until repairs were complete. Thank you again for the great service.
