My husband and I have been living here at The Ventura since July, and it’s been a dream! I had one another experience at a non-Mark Taylor owned apartment and it was a nightmare. This is my second Mark Taylor apartment I’ve lived in and they live up to the hype. If you’re looking to live in the Chandler area, for a reasonable price, safe & clean community, then I’d recommend here, any day.
Angel was super fast and fixed everything perfectly
The front staff is very nice, but the quality of the complex is not very good. We have had multiple appliances break, multiple cabinets break, and almost every blind on the sliding kitchen door was broken when we moved in. We understand the maintenance is busy but there is no timely manner in which things are done. In the instance of the cabinet a worker came in and attempted to fix it by removing the hinges and never coming back, when we put in another order they asked us “where we put the hinges”. Brittany is wonderful! Jose is awesome! He’s a great maintenance technician—always professional, efficient, and friendly. The entire Mark-Taylor team is fantastic, providing excellent service and making the community a great place to live.
