Cesar did an amazing job at resolving my maintenance issues. He was thorough, considerate, listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to insure the issues were fixed. I can honestly say one of the best interactions when it comes to maintenance of my apartment. Living at Ventura is definitely comfortable and accommodating when it comes to meeting my needs. I would highly recommend if your in search of apartment living! GREAT JOB CESAR!
A huge shout out to Cesar for incredible customer service regarding our A/C unit. Yesterday our a/c kept going up, and within 5 minutes of our calling the Ventura number he was at our apartment! He fixed the fuses and even called us an hour later to see if things were working properly. We still had a glitch, so Cesar was on it and got a company right out and even gave us a portable a/c unit in the interim. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, know-how, and follow through! Cesar came and fixed our garbage disposal and changed a light bulb quick. He was very professional and courteous. Very nice man and made sure everything g worked out before he left. Appreciate Cesar coming today
Maintenance department is fast and very accommodating. Easy to deal with and amazing at their job. Jesse is meticulously when it comes to an issue he’s working to resolve.
Caleb and Ceaser completed our maintenance issue so quickly and with excellent communication. Ventura has been a wonderful home for the last four years, always fantastic at communicating, which is huge.
