I’ve debated on how to word this review ever since we moved out about a month ago when we decided to end our lease early. Our experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. So, where to start? This property management likes to sell the word “luxury”, and unfortunately this property does not provide luxury, but they sure make you pay for it. Hard to care for a newborn when they have water shut offs. You can’t wash your hands or baby bottles. Not the first or 2nd time either. These water shut offs are typically all day as well.

We were relieved to move out. Maintenance "fixed" our dryer, but still took 3+ hours to dry a small load. Always children in the hot tub, dog poo everywhere . Found 2 stray bullets while walking my kids to their bus stop. Would not recommend.

Very depressing. Offer little to no help for disabled or struggling people, Even if you fall down the stairs.

have lived here for 4+ years - don't be fooled by the walls and gates, the gates are constantly broken and never close, and the gates don't even have locks. there is NO security. further, there is always dog poop throughout the community and the pool or jacuzzi is always broken.
