While temporarily disabled They Wouldn’t accommodate me unless I paid money to get into a lower level apartment but I only needed the lower level apartment because of an injury from maintenance (They left my floors flooded then shut the lights off on me)
I have been a resident here for 3 years and I love my community. It's always quiet and I feel safe. I just had an incident where my phone was left in an Uber ride and I had no way of contacting the driver. I went to the front office for help and was greeted by Aliyah who took the time and cared enough to help me contact the driver. It was close to 5pm but she did not hesitate to stick around. New ownership has caused problems for a complex that had issues. I feel bad for the staff working there. Heavy staff turnover.
