Every maintenance person I have interacted with has been incredibly helpful and friendly. I also like the fact that there is not a lot of turnover here- - these folks are consistently present - making for a wonderful familiar HELLO! when I see them!

Ryan and Madison are great host! They put on such thoughtful events for the community.
San Tropez is a beautiful complex with an amazing location on the Green Belt if you enjoy walking/ running or have a dog. The price/ sq footage good value for the amenities that you and its location. Maintenance is on-site and are quick to respond to any problems that may come up. The workout room is also suitable if you are a more casual gym goer, or enjoy running.
