My AC unit has broken 6 times (six is a crazy amount) Otherwise, it's ok. I used to read reviews like this and be like oh that's probably an exaggeration. It's not, I promise. You will be hot here. Update: it's not fixed. It won't get fixed. It's never been fixed. Do not trust the reviews. I read them and they are fake. The AC units they use are very cheap. Do not trust this place.
Worst customer service ever. Made appointment spoke via email thoroughly, found units, set up appointment to tour & when I arrived the girls at the front desk were useless. They started to ask me a million questions that I had already answered and when I informed them they told me it was “AI agent” that I spoke with. I asked to see the property and units which they couldn’t do. It’s quite frustrating that I came all the way out there on a booked appointment to have no one help me or even see the property.
