Finally tried San Telmo, after having been to Asado and Palermo (both from the same group) — so expectations were high for this one being the original spot. Starting off with the Solomillo (striploin) — nicely cooked with a solid char on the outside and a juicy interior. Could’ve used a touch more salt to deepen the flavour, but the chimichurri on the side brought a nice herbaceous lift that tied everything together. 평일 5시경에 예약 없이 들어갔는데 자리가 많이 비어있음에 불구하고 화장실 앞 자리를 줬습니다. 저희 담당 서버에게 풀 부킹이냐고 물었을때 그는 난처해보였지만 그렇다고 얘기했어요. 다만 매니저로 보이는 사람과 테이블쪽 담당 서버는 자리가 없다며 바 자리를 줬는데 다른 동양인이 왔을때도 비슷한 자리를 안내 해주더군요. 담당 서버가 아니였으면 별 1개지만 담당 서버가 저희에게 친절하게 대해줘서 3개로 리뷰 남깁니다 ^^ We went there around 5 p.m. without a reservation, and even though there were plenty of empty seats, we were seated at the bar right in front of the restroom.
