Very disappointed with the care given here for primary medical care…. The drs medical was not on point, made me worse with the condition I was struggling with, not up to date, and then she went on vacation and I was not able to be seen by anyone else… for over a week! It was closest to me, but low grade care in my opinion. Not worth it, Id rather drive 30 minutes to a better, more comprehensive clinic.

Had an order from my cancer specialist to get an echocardiogram (ECG). Called SCV to schedule and was told they couldn’t accept my doctors order and I would have to come in for a new patient appt. and then the echo could be scheduled. At the new patient appt the doctor wanted to schedule me for a stress test. I said no, I just need the echo. Got the ECG. Tech said everything looked fine. 6 months after an initial physical for preventative care a bill arrives for $60.90. When I inquired, I was told the office charges you for an initial visit and of course this is not covered by insurance. This fee is not made clear when you choose someone from their office as your primary care physician, nor do they tell you that when you schedule your appointment.
