Love living here! Management is so informative and helpful. Its an older park, but yards etc are well cared for. Homeowners really take pride in their homes.

They raise lot space as much as 80 a mouth every year. They target tenants that are very vulnerable. Allow people under 55 to live there of shady character. Office personal have no integrity.

Bad management Used a street sweeper when we had all that snow on the road. Never returns phone calls either

After our area receiving 8-12 inches of snow the management of this park have not even attempted to clear roads. Tenants are reaching out to the community in desperation because they are homebound with little support. Do better San Souci! Clear the roadways!

We moved here 2 years ago. The previous owner paid $75.00 less than they charged us to lease a piece of land. Last year we were raised $45.00 & just got our new rent raise again of $55.00. At this rate we will be priced out of this place in a few years. What do we do with our home that we own then? Remember this is a senior living community! Most people are on fixed incomes!!
