Terrible experience. Long wait time in the room, staff is not interested. Doctor orders tests that I didn't request and overcharges me for things I didn't ask for.
You will definitely do some waiting to be called into the exam room; however, she is a really nice and good doctor.
Had my second visit to Dr. Wai. She was so attentive to my health details. Her staff was very helpful. The office was quiet, clean, and well equiped. I was nervous about changing pcp but now i think i found a doctor right for me. My wife is already thinking of switching to Dr. Wai.
She is a horrible doctor! Regret ever going to her. She is not an honest person and very uncaring! She doesn't know what she is doing! A brother and sister came in one day and said because of her their father died of a heart attack. I never went back to her. I have the best doctor now! Wish I never went to her!
