I ordered a Chicken Parmesan Sandwich and it did not come as the original recipe describes. The bread arrived cold and untoasted, ruining the experience. This sandwich should be served on toasted warm bread; without that, it doesn’t meet basic expectations. Please fix the preparation so customers get the sandwich as it should be.

I’ve ordered takeout from San Remo Pizza several times now and they never disappoint! The pizza is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the wings are just as good. Everything tastes consistently delicious, which is why I keep coming back. Even though I’ve only ordered takeout, the quality of the food has been excellent every time. It’s become one of my go to spots whenever I’m craving pizza and wings.
