My Ferrari 550 Maranello just barely failed smog (HC). I placed a call to Kathleen who worked me in the next morning. By the end of the day, it passed smog and my anxiety was relieved. Great concierge-like service and much appreciated! SRE has performed my last two 5-year "major" timing belt services on my Ferrari and they will do my next one.
