I showed up for a self-guided tour and was *almost* foiled by technical difficulties, but Milan stepped up to save the day on zero notice with truly world-class customer service. She greeted me by name at the door with a smile, personally showed me around the premises, patiently answered all my questions, explained everything in detail, and even went the extra mile (or three!) to check in on me, ensuring I was able to both start and finish my application on-site successfully. Came in for a tour today with my husband, and Milan was so friendly and amazing!! She answered all of our questions, lets us roam around the model to soak in all of the amazing features, and made us feel like we were already at home. Can’t wait to apply and truly be at home!!
