I went there to rent a uhaul and had a mixup with extending online - he calls my emergency contact and me saying he’s going to start a police report for a stolen uhaul. I call him back and return, explaining the situation. I also had some trouble with payment and through the whole experience, he was very helpful! Busy hard worker. Went for a quote on repairing a flat tire. Guy said it wasn't fixable because of age - he didn't even check the cause of the flat - and then offered to sell me a new tire for $90. Obviously I can find tires much cheaper elsewhere. It felt like he was trying to take advantage.

Nice guys. Alex walked me through all the adjustments that needed to be made and it all felt very honest and upfront. Front brakes and rotors, rear brake adjustment, and brake fluid replacement came out to $370 with no extra costs.
