I lightly dinged my driver’s side door on my garage door frame and it started making a clicking noise due to the friction of the door being misaligned. I called a few shops within a mile from my house and left messages and didn’t get a call back. Luckily, the owner/manager here answered when so called and had me come right over. He took a quick look and asked one of his guys to realign my door. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, was about 10 minutes total! Just called about a consultation on my roof. The guy on the phone was rude. I am considering not bringing my car in now. Reply: I never asked or implied I wanted a walk in; the guy on the phone was just plain rude. I will be going somewhere else. I'm not even complaining about your policies or bad customer service. I'm letting any potential customers that whoever talked to me on the phone doesn't know how to converse like a decent human being.

This auto body shop is a Godsend. I had the pleasure of working with Kahn who was honest and fair from the beginning. I totaled the front end of my 99 Toyota Camry in SF (speeding) Kahn arranged for tow service from SF to the shop in less than the time it took my insurance company and for a fraction of the price.
