do what you must to avoid ever living in any san o neighborhoods PLEASE ! We lived in San Onofre for less than a year with no kids or pets, and I cannot recommend it to anyone considering moving in. When we moved out, the only damage was from the move itself, yet we were hit with a ridiculous cleaning bill that cost four times more than the actual repair. when we were given the house, it was covered in dog hair. we weren’t home often, but the “cleaning” charges were crazy and felt like a money grab. We’ve lived in San Onofre 2 for about 2 years going on our 3rd in SO1. LMH has been pretty great within the time we’ve been here and we’ve been pretty happy with both houses provided. They offer lots of events that provide free food and fun things to the military families who live her. Occasionally we have a small issue but they offer a list providing how to resolve and even go to provide their “chain of command” if you feel the need to take it higher.
