Do yourself a favor and do not use San Morcol Mechanical, Curtis Valdez. In my experience his work quality is below average to poor, and he does not take responsibility for or fix his mistakes. Yet, the biggest reason is that he has a nasty New York City style attitude. He is disrespectful, abrasive, rude and calls his customers derogatory names. Customer service is non-existent. There are far better places to spend your time and your money. Life is too short to deal with Curtis Valdez.
The plumber Curtis Valdez showed up at my residence unannounced at 9:15pm on 7/27, was walking around the back of my apartment near the patio and looking into our dining room, then several minutes later started banging on our door. We asked who it was, and the guy says "we have our iPad pinging in this location," then as I'm trying to look through my door-hole he asks "do you have any kids that would be playing with an iPad?"
