The leasing office has made the process very streamlined lined. The receptionist Charity is an absolute pleasure to work with. From day one she has been on top of the game and kept us in the loop of every procedure.
Many young guys live here that have very loud sport cars and rev their engines all night. Some people have jobs and have to work in the morning! Very annoying. Management please send out a notice about noise level at night. This happens every single night by 3-4 young guys in their overly loud muffler sport cars. I thought this was a classy place
If I could review this apartment complex as 0 stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here for two years and from the beginning it was terrible. Before my lease even started, they asked if I could postpone my move in date to 8 days later, why? Cheyenne is extremely rude and inconsiderate. When you call the front desk and ask why the maintenance people haven’t responded to your request that you made several months ago she will laugh and act like you’re stupid. The worst living experience I’ve ever had This has without a doubt been the worst housing experience I’ve ever gone through. After several attempts to handle the situation politely and directly with management, I now feel the need to leave this public review so that anyone considering moving here knows that San Miguel Apartments is not a safe or suitable place to live.
