If I could review this apartment complex as 0 stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here for two years and from the beginning it was terrible. Before my lease even started, they asked if I could postpone my move in date to 8 days later, why? Cheyenne is extremely rude and inconsiderate. The worst living experience I’ve ever had This has without a doubt been the worst housing experience I’ve ever gone through. After several attempts to handle the situation politely and directly with management, I now feel the need to leave this public review so that anyone considering moving here knows that San Miguel Apartments is not a safe or suitable place to live. I was really considering this complex for my next move but reading all the negative reviews… jeez no thanks. Sounds like this complex has parking issues, car break ins, and pest control issues.
Before yall start worrying about our trash cans (which we pay rent for) looking ugly outside our doors and threaten to take them away, maybe yall should fix that ugly smelly dumpster situation in the back…since you’re so worried about “aesthetics”
