I have lived here for a few years and I can honestly say that working with Cheyenne (Assistant Manager) has been the best part of my experience at San Miguel apartments. She is beyond helpful with any questions one might have, and is quick to ease any nerves about the stress that comes with apartment hunting. Been here almost a month now and so far so good. The ladies in the office are amazing...
The leasing office has made the process very streamlined lined. The receptionist Charity is an absolute pleasure to work with. From day one she has been on top of the game and kept us in the loop of every procedure.
Many young guys live here that have very loud sport cars and rev their engines all night. Some people have jobs and have to work in the morning! Very annoying. Management please send out a notice about noise level at night. This happens every single night by 3-4 young guys in their overly loud muffler sport cars. I thought this was a classy place
