Great location and the front office staff are always helpful. But I've been here 3 years - when I moved in the kitchen floor tiles were loose - and they still are. I can literally lift them up. I told them about when I moved in - they said to do a maintenance request - I did - nothing. Now I've done a number of maintenance requests, sent numerous e-mails, called several times, and even filed a complaint with the state Attorney General's office - and they still haven't fixed the floor. I love living life at San Melia Apartments. The rent is affordable. I've only been here since April 28, 2019. It's been amazing. Now, I'll tell you why- and no .....I don't work here and I'm not a walking advertisement...just a retired first grade teacher enjoying my golden years! So, moving forward, my son and I rented this 3 bedroom apartment.
