From check in to pulling all four Wisdom teeth, really a fantastic team. I've had a few teeth pulled in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience.
Dr. Fagan was amazing. He was Very patient and efficient. I was nervous about the procedure I needed and he walked me through the entire process before and during. My daughter also saw Dr Loi in the same office. She was great too. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. Even the office staff is great!!
Dr. Loi has been so helpful in helping me with my treatment options for TMD. She is very thorough with examination and explained everything in a way that is easy to understand. She was also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by writing me a letter of medical necessity to help me with my insurance. Staff was attentive, communicative and friendly which made this a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Dr. Minerva Loi is an amazing doctor! I came in suffering quite a bit. She helped me by extracting my tooth and worked to give me an implant. She called me personally after each step in the procedure and made sure I had the support I needed. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Loi and Peninsula Oral. Thank you so much! The women at the front desk are all amazing. If I had an issue, they acted with the same concern I would have for myself and they’re all so attentive and kind.
Dr Fagin is My Life Saver! He immediately Understood my Fear of seeing the dentist. If you have a fear of the dentist like me (+10 years Avoiding Dentists), Dr Fagin is absolutely +100% the dentist you can trust. First let me start with the initial phone call I made the day of surgery. It was last minute scrambling - calling dental offices all over the San Mateo COUNTY 2 days after Christmas and Zero luck with any Available ORAL Dentists.
