The first positive dental experience I’ve had in decades! I’ll start by saying I have a big case of dental anxiety. I called this morning with the most excruciating pain in a broken wisdom tooth and they were able to fit me in that day for an extraction. The receptionist was top notch and eased my fears. From my call making an appointment to walking out the door after the appointment, the experience was outstanding. There was sensitivity to my needs and circumstances from the beginning. The reception department was extremely helpful in setting the appointment. Dr. Loi removed my tooth with no pain or discomfort. If having a tooth removed can ever be considered a good experience, this was.
Dr. Loi and her staff were awesome!! I cracked my front tooth and Dr. Loi made the replacement process as comfortable as I could have hoped for. Everything was treated with care and all the steps were detailed and concise. The final results have been beyond my best wishes and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Hope I never have to do it again but if I ever did they’re would be no question that’d I’d do every step with Dr. Loi and her office!! Thank you!
Dr. Fagin extracted a tooth for my daughter, which was her very first procedure. He definitely took what started off as a tense and nerve-racking experience and turned it into something not scary, and even enjoyable! The way he talked to her and kept her calm throughout made her declare that he is one of her favorite doctors.
