Is Dr. Tina Au even a Physician? Worst experience of my life! I was locked in the room from the inside and strapped to the bed. Held me for 45 days as if I was a inmate in jail "I was better in 2-3 weeks." I was not aloud to use the phone, they took everything that my family brought for me(coloring books, etc.) I was over medicated and wet the bed one night they took all my bedding, when my family arrived 2 days later they told my sister I was being punished for the accident. There are so many wonderful things I can say about San Mateo Medical Center. First of all, it is the cleanest hospital I've ever visited. The environment/structure is very pleasant too. From inside the Pre-admit office on 2nd floor, you can view the pretty courtyard with tables, chairs, fountain and trees, which is at the center of the 1st floor.
