I went to Monterra credit union in South San Francisco to withdraw $600 from their ATM last Friday, March 6, 2026 around 12:20pm. I requested 6 $100 bill. The machine gave me 6 $5 bills totaling to $30. So I am owed $570 because the ATM machine deducted $600 from my account but only gave me $30. I went inside to settle this error with a teller.
