Great place for all your basement needs. George the owner is a great guy.
House was build 9 years ago. We purchased home from a builder, who explained what parts of the home came with a warranty.....basement walls being one of them. Upon the final walk through there was water leaking around one section of the wall. It was pointed out to the builder and he said he would have the foundation people repair it.
