Had my first visit at Huntington Health with Dr. Hanna Huang, and I have to say I’m incredibly grateful. Dr. Huang is fantastic. She’s kind, empathetic, and took the time to really listen and make me feel comfortable. The whole experience was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They moved me through swiftly but never made me feel rushed. Dr. Huang spent a good amount of time with me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Dr. Huang.
Great staff, very helpful. Between getting sick or medical issues, if my doctor is not available, I see someone else. Most important thing they listen to you about your medical issue. I've had bad doctors before. They are the opposite. Going from HMO to PPO allowed staff more flexibility.
Horrible communication! When it comes to your health you want to be able to trust your doctor. This place does not deliver! Everything is electronic now and they never have the time to call you and explain results instead they make you book another appointment to get an explanation of the result? The only person who was able to explain anything to me was Jennifer to give me my blood panel results that my doctor couldn't give me. They make no time for there patients. Learned if you send message to primary physician via their patient portal there is no guarantee the doctor will ever see the message or be consulted. Unknown if primary ever saw message which could have saved time and stress related to diagnosed illness. Suggest calling, no guarantee medical personnel will get message, or head to ER
The front desk is friendly. The assistant nurse is helpful. Dr. Chiang is very nice and professional .It is a good experience .
