The rudest office staff I have ever had to deal with, incredibly immature and catty. After every phone call they would receive they would hang up and complain about the caller for what seemed to be no reason, except that they had to interact with them. Pricilla, who was the first office staff member I encountered, was eating when I arrived and obviously annoyed at my presence, she acted incredibly judgmental, rude and short. Dr. Denise is the only reason I still come here she’s kind, caring, and truly great at what she does. But the front office staff is unbelievably rude. I tried to reschedule an appointment and they wouldn’t even let me give my name before saying no. They don’t check the schedule or try to help just attitude and zero effort. They make you feel like a burden instead of a patient. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. The front desk needs completely new staff who actually understand how to treat people with respect.
I’ve been going to San Marcos Women’s Health for a while now, and while Dr. Denise is always kind, attentive, and makes me feel heard, the front desk staff is a completely different experience. They’re usually rude or very short with me over the phone, and it feels like an inconvenience to ask questions. A few times I’ve even been given incorrect information, which is really frustrating.
