This park is HORRIBLE!!!! The pool was only in usable condition for 2 months then was inoperable after that.Lot rent goes up EVERY year and yet there have been zero improvements done here!!There is absolutely no upkeep here.The lot manager moves in gangs,human smuggeling rings etc...the park is trash!! =BUYER BEWARE...This is NOT a good place to raise your children!! Unless of course you are ok with your children growing up as delinquints!! Save your money..There are much nicer parks located in San Marcos that do in fact off... read more
I like the people and the lots are very nice too. it is only 5 min. from down town and U. T. its only 30 min.from austin and 40 from san antonio.
Thank you, San Marcos Regency Mobile Home Park for letting me own my first home in your park. It was a wonderful place to live. The manager Steve made sure that everything was always safe for the kids, and that everyone kept up on their lawns (making sure they where clean and mowed). I would recommend everyone to check out this quaint little park on the outskirts of San Marcos, filled with oaks and cedars, and with wonderful families that are willing to get to know you and enjoy your company as long as you are willing to do ... read more
