We went to their showroom and had a good experience and so we tried scheduling an appointment for them to give us a bid. I called and was told they would call me back in 5 minutes. After 3 hours I called back and they said they were working on the schedule and would let me know. They then say would Monday from 10-11:30 work. I say yes. Sounds great. Now it’s 11:55 and I’ve wasted a morning waiting around for them. It’s important to do what you say you are going to do.

This is my second kitchen remodel with San Marcos Kitchen Cabinets! Last year, I was lucky enough to find them when I was updating my son‘s home, and when it was time to update my own kitchen, of course I went directly to San Marcos Kitchen Cabinets and nowhere else!
