It was so lovely and cozy inside! Stefany was so nice and listened to exactly what I wanted done and she even communicated to me what she was doing throughout the process. It was my first time here and I felt super welcomed. I love how my hair turned out and the pricing is very fair, especially for this area.
Had an appointment booked at 4pm today, doors locked, no one answering the phone. Went straight to voicemail but clearly on their website it says they are open, makes no sense. They had done this to one of my other family members to that makes it twice now, unacceptable and bad customer service I guess I would say to.
Been going here for over a decade, highly recommend them. Rarely have walk in appointments so book an appointment when you need a haircut.
