We learned of this cafe while living in Santa Fe 2006-2009. Any time we are in the area we make a point of having a lovely breakfast here. It’s enchanting.

This is a very different eatery: truly of the earth. Simple, charming, and non industrial food. The food portions were not humongous, authentic tasting. It's a bit off the beaten track but very worthy of your patronage. The vegetarian options we ordered were guac, nachos and burritos. The plates were wiped clean by our party of 5. I wish I can find more of such simple authentic, somewhat "rustic" eateries.
They have a hardware store with much more available for your construction needs than you'd think based on the size of the place, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
