They are the absolute worst. Ladies are rude and unprofessional and will even cuss at you. Please do not waste your time or money here.

we we're assured a crew would clear these lines almost a year ago..nothing done..this is why San Marcos residents have constant power outages
Does not respond to own 24hr emergency line. Power surges and outages can risk lives, and damage sensitive electronics, but know one at utility office will accept blame or recompense damages.
Why are we still without power? Crews were working here the abruptly left and still nothing
