Took our pet in because of constipation and throwing up food over a 5-day period. After a CT/MRI, blood and urine tests, nothing new towards the initial concern was discovered. When advised by the Vet that he would contact me about those test results, which were numerous and needed further explanation of the Outside Normal Range results, I was contacted via phone after 8pm on a Friday night. I recently moved to the area and feel incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Bowdre as our primary vet for my 2-year-old basset hound. The level of care and support he provides is truly exceptional, and I can always count on him for anything I need. I absolutely love this clinic and all the wonderful staff! A special shoutout to Kayden at the front desk, who is always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!
There is only one word for the San Marcos Blvd. - EXCEPTIONAL! They have done major dental work on one of my senior dogs and the dog immediately bounced back without issue. Another adult dog also had dental work and knee surgery. This dog is not aggressive, but very reactionary. That is not a problem for San Marcos vet. They help you make sure the waiting room is clear so that your difficult dog feels right at home. Dr. Todd checks their voicemail throughout the night. I was very very impressed with their services. They were so helpful when my dog had an obstruction. Gave me a lot of different options as well as really worked with my budget. They were very nice and understanding and just seemed to genuinely want to help our puppy. Tod was a great veterinarian! And the ladies working the front desk were amazing also!
Very Kind Staff. Worked with our Financial Struggles, & Made my Baby Girl Reina feel better right away! 🥹♥️ So thankful. We are in Oceanside, and it’s worth the drive and this will be our sweet girls doctor now for good! :)
