I lived at these apts for one year. It seemed great, low price...free cable partial water/gas. Bad experience from move in day. It took 4 days past our scheduled move in date to be able to go in due to cleaning. I had to clean it. The window sills full of dirt and dead bugs. The "new paint" was just put on. You can see hair dried in the paint in drawers and walls. The girls that work in the office never schedule what you call in for maitenence. We went 3 weeks with no hot water. I have babies.
