Went today while the store was very busy. I got Jim to remove some links from a watch. Great service and nice people.
I went to this Jeweller a few times recently to get watch bands adjusted. Although the women who work there are very kind and helpful, the man who does repairs is rude and should have no forward facing contact with customers in my opinion. He first adjusted my longines bracelet and it was too big. I questioned this and he said this is as small as it can go for me. Wonderful experience start to finish. I took some rings in to get resized and they were super friendly and helpful the entire time. Did a great job with the resizing and I'm so excited I can wear my rings again!
