We had the pleasure of having David and his team cater our wedding this past weekend and cannot say enough amazing things about them! From showing up early to give the bridal party snacks, to the delicious taco bar and late night fries, everything tasted just as great as it did when we had our tasting back in the spring. UPDATE: The wedding food was AMAZING! Guests were raving about it all night. David and his team were so great and really went above and beyond to provide high quality food and service. Highlights were definitely the birria tacos, sopapillas with apple compote, and the french fry bar during the dance! Can honestly say this was the best wedding catering I've ever had. They catered my friends wedding up in Creede and I have to say it was probably some of the best food I have ever had at a wedding let alone from a catering company. The staff were absolutely delightful, helping and it showed they just wanted to make the night as special as possible. Thank you guys so much!
The best pizza in the valley. Best calzones too. Great salad bar. I sure miss it. Edit: This was meant for San Luis Valley Pizza Company, it was next to the bowling lanes in alamosa and then by bankshot. Best pizza by far. Sorry for the mix up.
I hired SLV Food Co to create a charcuterie/cheese grazing table for a family wedding in Alamosa and they did an amazing job! David was very easy to work with, especially when I asked if I could send him some of the charcuterie my company makes (Alexian Pate!). He included it with pleasure and got creative with how to serve it.
