WORST Customer Service – I had a HORRIBLE experience with San Luis print and copy. There price was twice as high as I was initially quoted, and their work was very poor quality. Furthermore, there customer service was the worst I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE life. The owner actually threw a temper tantrum. Please do not use this service. There are better alternatives in San Luis Obispo. Fedex office or UPS. I would highly advise staying as far away from this place as possible, otherwise, you WILL be disappointed.

Maybe I'd go there again, but only if I had no other choice. – The owners' customer service skills are atrocious. Furthermore, I've seen the owner go ballistic and have a huge temper tantrum. and take his "wife" (?) into his office to scream at her in private. I guess he seems to feel this type of behavior is professional and appropriate. And if he's willing to behave this way in front of customers, I hate to think how he behaves in the privacy of his own home. I went there to have some copying done.
