Good Local Dealer I run a local vineyard, I had three of my quads all break in the same week (not hondas). I had heard how great the Honda quads were at holding up in these conditions. I talked with the sales manager at San Luis Motorsports who said he offered a vineyard discount to all locals farms and vineyards and he had 7 in stock. I called 4 more dealerships who ALL had higher prices and none of them had the 3 I needed in stock. This business is clearly trying to take care of the locals. AMAZING!! I just recently moved to the area and on such short notice I was invited to go on a ride. I was reluctant to say yes due to the fact that I had not yet moved up my riding gear. I needed new gear anyways, as mine was like 5 years old, and was refered by by a friend to go to San Luis Motorsports. I'm very happy with San Luis Motorsports This is what happened to me at San Luis Motorsports. I needed a special part, (read: not in stock item) for my 02 VTX1800, not only did the parts manager order the part over the phone instantly and check that Honda had the part in their warehouse, he had it shipped the same day and I had it the next. I was able to have a great vacation due to their fast and courteous service. . A big thanks to San Luis Motorsports, I will be back for sure. BIGLRY .

EXCELLENT SERVICE I was to leave for a 3,000 mile ride the next day. I was packing my Honda ST1300 and went to start the bike and there was nothing. In a panic I called San Luis Motorsports and told them the situation. James in service had the bike picked up within the hour and said he was going to do his best to make sure I didn't miss my trip. 2 Hours later he called and said the bike was fixed and offered to pick me up. Bad Service, no knowledge I went to Slo Motorsports to purchase a new motorcycle. I had cash in pocket and was ready to purchase the one i had my eye on for awhile. The salseman treated me like i was not serious in buying the motorcycle and had a very bad attitude. I left and paid cash for the bike at another shop in Santa Barbara. The service was so bad i went to Santa Barbara just to avaoid it!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK I will not be returning to San Luis Motorsports. After being ignored in the store by a bunch of punk kids, i was greeted by a rude cashier. I purchased my items, being reassured I would have no problems returning them. I came back about a week later to return the item (regular stock item), i was notified that all returns were eligible for store credit only.
