She was disappointing
I had a very nice experience with all of the medical staff, especially Dr. Hanson. She took the time to listen and I felt heard and treated as a person, not just a number in the long line of revolving patients that is seen so often in healthcare today. I would recommend her highly. The reason I gave her 4 stars instead of 5, is because her front desk people are touchy with attitude the minute you ask something more of them besides just signing in and paying.
