Beautiful modular homes in a senior citizen neighborhood. The people are very nice and enjoy many activities put on by the community. They have a clubhouse, pool . There are small parks every few blocks. Walking trails as well all around the property. Very well kept and very clean. Adjacent to the community gate is a charming deli and on the side of another gate is a fire department. The views from the higher neighborhoods are spectacular. It's close to Avila Beach and golf course as well.
Really enjoyed my nearly ten years in Indian Hill. Close knit community, very close with many more really good people than otherwise. Would recommend this enclave to any and all.
