Worst customer service experience ever. Dropped off a King comm radio 97 for repair, had the same brand and model repaired by them in the past. Called them a week after dropping it off and was told the owner/technician was away at training and would work on it when he got back. Two weeks later I called to inquire and owner told me he could not get parts for it. When I showed up to pick up the radio he said his bench repair technician quit. I asked him why he did not call me to come and pick it up and he said "I am busy". So ... read more
