I had a good experience with my car maintenance here for the first time. My service advisor, Michelle, was very nice and informative, and I haven’t had any issues so far.
The customer service representatives are very helpful in person. They are knowledgeable and do not try to upsell you services you don't need. There's also free Wi-Fi! Two downsides 1. The work often takes longer than expected 2. The coffee doesn't always work
To who it may concern it’s not the place but the wonderful worker who was as informative and respectful of equal to those in Texas at a higher rate Mrs michelle made my day with no comparison she is a Wonderful person and caring Woman/ also the two drivers I also thank the Company
Alexa was my Service Advisor who knew my name and my vehicle . I have only had my Ioniq 6 serviced at this dealership for good reasons. No surprises and the job gets done.
