Honestly they shouldn't even be a 1 star. DESERVES 0 STARS. My grandfather passed away here, Did not have any good working profession. Didn't even call an ambulance either.
Unless you absolutely despise someone, do not send them here. Patient neglect occurs often, everyday. ongoing hot water problems, problems with cleanliness and odors. I’m stuck here until i can get my doctor to order home health and PT and once that is done, I am gone. I can provide better, more sanitary care for my healing surgical sites than they do.
First off, one of the reviews posted here by Angell Rivera is a FALSE ACCUSATION, Based upon a bunch of assumptions made on her behalf. In my opinion if you’re going to tell a story, tell it straight and truthfully. I work at this facility, but it is one out of many facilities I work at. My mom living in this nursing home more than ten years. Last night from hospital emergency backed to nursing home. There is no one taking care of her. Just let her with hospital clothes laying on bed with wet blanket, until my sister came.
