the staff at San Leandro Jeep was outstanding Carlos & Leon in particular made the process very easy and enjoyable during the duration spent there Vanessa in finance also was a brilliant addition to making the car buying process easily thank you all so much
I leased a Wrangler from Carlos. He was excellent, knowledgable about Wranglers, and wasn’t a busy salesman. When I said I was considering a different make and model as well, he encouraged me to go test drive that car right then and there instead of waiting for my appointment in Marin the next day so I wouldn’t waste my time. As I was driving over to that other test drive, I turned around and drove right back to Jeep because I knew I could trust Carlos. He was lovely to work with.
Everyone was wonderful… Walter, Pena, and Vanessa were all friendly and accommodating. They worked hard to make our Wrangler lease work out well for us. Super clean facility, great selection of available cars, but most importantly Walter, Pena, and Vanessa were all absolutely fantastic.
