I like coming here for oil change for my car. Customer service was green Eric Jimenez was really attentive and explained everything they did. He provided with a hour and a half time for it to be completed since I had a couple cars in front of me. It was less than that. I’ve been here on weekends Saturday and it’s a little bit packed. It takes about that time or more for it to get serviced, but it’s worth the wait.
Got there at 7am to have check engine light checked. Wasn't diagnosed until after 10am and the thermostat wasn't replaced until after Noon. I was visiting from out of town so had no where to go so had to stay at dealer over 5 hours to get this done for over $800. Friendly staff but VERY dissatisfied with the experience.
Bought a 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 new from them. Took it in for it first oil change and some minor warranty issues. Took 3 days. No communication at all when my truck would be ready. Didn’t fix the issues . Putting a complaint in with Dodge Corporate. Service manager didn’t respond for a call back. Worst dealership I ever dealt with.
Very friendly people and my service advisor was Steve he was so respectful I really recommend this location 👌
