As an electrical sub contractor wiring homes for San-Ken Homes for over 5 years, it has been a pleasure to work with and get to know, both their office staff and their job site techs. Their schedules have always been timely and job sites neat making our work that much smoother. Not too bad of a builder , the process is impressive , one stop shop type of arrangement. There is a smoke and mirror effefr here though . Smiles and being helpful is nice when considering a big purchase . However watch out for the extras , watch out for words vs actions . The workers are pretty good and work hard to deliver quality to us . There are some better than the others of course . Our plumber was my biggest challenge. Not too bad of a house , can't understand what proper 6-8 of soil actually means to begin lawns, for us it was more like 2 inches and sand , alot of it had to be re done by myself . Not great but also not bad either of a builder .
