Wow, I have know Dr White for many years. He's the type of doctor who goes above and beyond what's expected with his personal care and service. He's certainly amazing and what a wonderful thoughtful doctor that he is for the San Juan Islands. His staff is also very efficient, and kind and caring too. This organization knows what customer service and satisfaction is all about. Highly recommend this place for anything to do with your eyes.!!!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr White was amazing. Right off the start he was friendly, supportive, caring and so helpful. He helped me get really nice glasses and even found perfect frames for me. He always shows genuine concern for my well being as does his staff. They show Covid safety protocols. I will never know why Chris White was so mean to me. He charged me hundreds of dollars for something I told him I did not want, gave me poor service and finally sent me an email telling me never to come near his office again! I really believe the man is a bit unhinged. ,
I've been wearing contact lenses since 1963 -- almost 60 years -- and this is the best eye care experience I've ever had and the most comfortable lenses I've ever worn. Period. I'm really nearsighted and have terrible astigmatism, but Dr White has taken the time, with several appointments with different trial lenses, to get me in exactly the right lenses.
