San Juan is the best! The maintenance team responds quickly, sometimes the same day even, which is wonderful. All furniture is supplied and you don't really need any furniture that isn't there. The office staff is great too, very nice. There is a pool, a gym, and a clubhouse, which are all super fun. The apartment checks are mainly so they can change the air filters in the vent and make sure people are safe/healthy in the Village's property, they aren't trying to catch anyone. Overall, great place to live, highly recommend.
I had a great experience with San Juan. I rented a two-bedroom unit for a year and shared it with one roommate. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and pleasant to live in. The living conditions were excellent: there was a washer and dryer right in the unit. Outside - a pool, a small gym that was almost always empty, and a study room with computers and a printer. It was a great experience to stay there at San Juan! Provided everything I needed to get through school!
My son has had a really positive experience living at this apartment complex. The entire property is very clean and well-maintained, and the buildings themselves are in great condition. The grounds are also kept up nicely, which makes a big difference day to day. The management team has also been great, especially Melissa, they’ve been helpful, responsive, and easy to work with, which is very reassuring. Overall, it’s been a great place for him to live, and we’re very happy with the experience.
