Just moved in last month move in was smoothly. The staff are nice and kind. When there maitnence issues they came in fast and fixed the issues. Also the area is pretty quiet hardly any loud noises. Big plus My dog Luna loves seeing new people so she also approves.
I enjoy how the apartments are fully furnished with appliances and so on. It saves me money on not having to worry about that stuff. Maintenance here is also helpful with the fixing and advice on keeping things in working order. The assistants are also helpful in the process of moving in and so on. Living on your own can be stressful and scary since you don’t have your parents/guardians with you. In my case I believe that San Juan has helped me mature in terms of apartment living and the responsibilities that come with that.
Overall I would say that San Juan Village is the best place to live, it’s convenient because it’s right on campus, it comes furnished, One of the best parts about living here is the staff members, they seriously care about the residents living here and they’ll always put on special events to make the residents feel welcomed as well. This place is great. All of the staff are super friendly. Melissa especially, is very caring and is always willing to work through situations if handled correctly. Perfect for any college student. I would say reasonably priced as well considering basically everything is included in the monthly rent.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This apartment complex has mold in virtually every unit. They go into the units without permission or notice, not even 24 hours. They fine and hand out fees for dust in the vents or anything. Something maintenance is responsible for changing once a maintenance request is in. Melissa Callaway is very passive aggressive.
