Great communication with the office and had a blast in the Ouray Ice Park with guide Nick L. I would highly recommend hiring an SJMG guide if you're looking to learn ice climbing skills or if you're passing through solo and need a partner. Thanks Nick!
I did the Intro to Mountaineering Course from 15-18 January 2026 (although I left a day early of my own volition). I want to note, though, that the reason for the negative review is not because of the experience (although it wasn’t great); it’s because I submitted my feedback and nobody ever wrote me back to discuss it.
