New owners suck. I hope you compensate and help the people you are evicting all of a sudden. Tenants here need to get together and fight the new owners. They are basically going against the leases that were in place before they purchased the mobile home park. People need more than 30 days to move!!
Was happy here, new owners are communists that don't give a! about poor people on fixed incomes. 30 fricken days to move!!! It's a shame that the city of Aztec allows this and the state of NM. Discrimination because I own a older RV. Guess if your not in a 2025 home your not worthy of having a spot to call home!!!!
