Friendly, prompt, kind and competent. Had to bring someone 55 miles from Needles campground after a nasty fall. We got into ER right away. Everyone was caring and courteous. X-ray and CT. They brought us dinner as the stay lasted 4 hours.

I recieve my Chemo Therapy here. I recieve great care and exceptional Nursing. They go the extra mike. Each Department coordinates successfully with each other. We love the Kitcen staff and look forward to our meals while there. The Pharmacy Department has put a personal touch to each of our treatments. The Front Desk is so welcoming and helpful, from the time we enter to the time we leave. Thanks go to the Cleaning Dept. For the nice clean rooms and restrooms. My sister had her baby here in Monticello after very recently moving from Grand Junction. Her care was transferred seamlessly. As a family we all showed up for the delivery and the experience was nearly fantastic. The kitchen staff were caring and thoughtful. They knew we'd be here late so they made sure we would have food tucked in a fridge for when we were ready. The nursing staff were phenomenal. They ensured Mom and baby were healthy and content. Small complication had me spend 3 days at the hospital in Monticello. The staff took great care of me. Very attentive and professional.
