Interesting office! The stains and grime on the carpet, walls and furniture should have been a red flag to turn around and leave but when you can’t stand the pain anymore you’ll put up with almost anything. The up front (tattooed) staff person greeted me at check-in with announcing that I had an $18 outstanding bill to pay (but struggled to find the reason what it was for in her computer.) I had a positive experience with Dr. Cook for my plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, due to the extremely rude staff and predatory no-show policy, I will not be going back. At my appointment, the doctor said he wanted me to come back in 6 weeks. Unknown to me, this meant they were scheduling me for the same time exactly six weeks later without my consent. I received a text notification about my appointment less than 24 hours before, and when I called to cancel the next morning, I was informed I would be charged a no-show fee. ... read more

I just can’t wait to go back ….but it’s okay cool doctor, very nice assistant. They love pain And I had the worst ingrown toe nail of the week ,So pretty good day if I say so myself .
