The place seems very underutilized. There's homeless people living in several broken down motor homes parked out front - that's a huge negative. On the plus side, the kids seem to like the skate park. We thought there would be a Farmer's Market in the big red building on Saturday. We were very disappointed with the one they had down in the little town. I think only one of the booths had any farm goods.
