I took in my car and Oscar gave me great customer service. But yet the mechanics left my car messy with a messy wire job. Nothing was put back together. I put an aftermarket screws that were lost from the inside of my vehicle as well as the aftermarket sway bar and after market spark plug cover was scratched up as if they put it on the cement floor or had tools on top of it. All at all a huge disappointment, I wouldn’t go back. Sorry oscar

I took my car to them for an oil change and headlight replacement bulb. I took my car in to another place for an oil change and they informed me that the drain bolt was completely stripped as it was meant to go into a Nissan and not BMW. As for the bulb , it had fallen out of the socket due to not being installed properly . Oscar is a very nice guy but I’m sorry the mechanics are not very good . I unfortunately do not recommend this shop.
I’m very grateful Oscar was the first mechanic I found when I moved out to Dana Point. He is very nice, gets work done fast and at a very fair price. Since I moved here a few months ago I’ve had about 3 issues between me and my girlfriends cars and they were all fast and easy to fix.
Highly recommend! I was referred here by Paradise Automotive Dealership. This is the second time I’ve taken my 2016 Audi Q5 here for repairs and the repairs are always done well, timely, reasonably priced & very honest. I used to take my car to the Audi dealership, but now I will always come here. Thank you Oscar!
