I have lived at this building a few times. And it looks like a new manager is there. And the old manager or I should say the previous manager is maybe a resident in Port Angeles. If you see any bad reviews about this place they are true believe me. Mostly people that live there and try to just keep to themselves not bother with anyone else but there's always going to be gossip because people have nothing else better to do. We have had 5 managers in less than a year. The good one was let go, she wasn't enough of a game player for this district. We got a new DM, who was wonderful at first, or so I thought. Now, 6 done away with assigned parking, meaning some disabled residents will have to park far away, as there aren't enough parking places to go around. She said, "I never break my promises." I thought things were going to be better. But they can't seem to keep a manager. 5 within a year? Something is wrong with the hiring process. The DM tells us what we want to hear, usually some untruth. I'm going to start fact checking her in the moment. What she really means is, I dont want to tell the truth, or perhaps she doesn't know how? Cause *everything* she says is, at the least, an untruth. Do not believe they will take care of anything. Large apartments in a rural setting. Lived here for over 15 years and it has always been great but we no longer have a competent manager that does anything. Is now an anything goes, no rules building. Smoking is now allowed and the manager and his guests frequently fill the 3rd floor hall and laundry room with smoking stench. Edit 6/24 Theres a new manager and he is the nicest guy!! Hes a good judge of character too. So he is not going to play the games the previous guy did. No more setting people up to be evicted. This apt building will no longer bleed seniors into the street. We finally got a good District Manager, meaning the resident manager finally has accountability. So he's not getting away with much these days. Cameras have been put up, he can no longer pick fights and oust the reactive person. The DM also sees that maintenance is done. Y... read more
