Your nurse gave us a call because one of your residents had a family member pass and your staff was good to contact us and we came over and support my grandmom. And hope your staff will help her out in this situation. The resident name is Janet James.
If you love the one going there, GET THEM OUT!! They are way under staffed & too many patients to properly take care for them! They did nothing to help my sister recover from west nile virus! They knew she was paralyzed & just let her lay there! They didn't roll her from side to side so she's suffering from terrible painful bed sores! They really need to find a heart!
