I tried it San Juan Auto Smog after seeing their great prices for an oil change. Shay helped me out and got me in and out within an hour even when they didn't have the filter for my car in stock! They got it delivered within a few minutes and by the time it arrived they had already been working on the oil change so I was in and out of there super fast! Really nice people and great service with solid prices. Thanks again for taking care of me Shay! I'll definitely be back!
The guy working there could not be more decent, helpful, or friendly. I went there and paid for a smog check for my girlfriend's old Cherokee we had just put a new catalytic converter on and it failed because it was the wrong model of converter AutoZone'site had said would fit. Instead of just dismissing me and moving on he took the time to explain how to find the correct model from the California website and other information from the vehicle which really helped me plus offered me a big break on retesting. My family has been customers of San Juan Auto Smog for about 7 years. We've never had any problems. The guys that work there are friendly and polite. The prices are fair and they send me a $10.00 coupon for when it's time to get my smog check. The wait time is usually minimal - 15 to 20 minutes if there's no other customers. If there are, well, I spend my wait time enjoying the tacos at the taqueria next door.
Very satisfied, be back for my other vehicle for Smog and future oil changes with a discount. I’ll give it a try.. (: only 2 minor concerns mechanic push down my Ebreak all the way down to the floor and don’t go all the way to the floor wasn’t necessary. Also after the completed work he closed my hood was a little bit too hard. I like to go easy. Overall still five star service.. thank you nice to be open on Sunday.
Requested an oil change on a Sunday morning. Was a good price and with the coupon they offer on their website made it better! Got to stop by the Carmichael Farmers Market and about 30 min go by and they're done with my car! Highly recommend them for their great and speedy service. Love that they're in the neighborhood 💖
