I tried it San Juan Auto Smog after seeing their great prices for an oil change. Shay helped me out and got me in and out within an hour even when they didn't have the filter for my car in stock! They got it delivered within a few minutes and by the time it arrived they had already been working on the oil change so I was in and out of there super fast! Really nice people and great service with solid prices. Thanks again for taking care of me Shay! I'll definitely be back!
The guy working there could not be more decent, helpful, or friendly. I went there and paid for a smog check for my girlfriend's old Cherokee we had just put a new catalytic converter on and it failed because it was the wrong model of converter AutoZone'site had said would fit. Instead of just dismissing me and moving on he took the time to explain how to find the correct model from the California website and other information from the vehicle which really helped me plus offered me a big break on retesting. I realized my registration was due in 3 days and needed a STAR Certified Smog. I thought okay let me find one near me via Yelp and it took me to a place that changed ownership and no longer could do the STAR Certified smogs. On the road again and I remembered a place by where I grew up that was there as long as I could remember (over 50 years) on the corner of San Juan Avenue and Winding Way. My family has been customers of San Juan Auto Smog for about 7 years. We've never had any problems. The guys that work there are friendly and polite. The prices are fair and they send me a $10.00 coupon for when it's time to get my smog check. The wait time is usually minimal - 15 to 20 minutes if there's no other customers. If there are, well, I spend my wait time enjoying the tacos at the taqueria next door.
Took my dads 1990 ford truck in for smog and gentleman where very friendly and told us about 1 hour and sure enough it was done in less than an hour. Great shop wonderful experience can’t thank you guys enough! My dad is 80 and does not drive anymore but worries about his truck which he has owned since it was brand new and you guys kept it alive, Thanks from the bottom of my heart.
